Our organization
The Biotechnology Park in Lucknow — the City of Nawabs — has transformed Lucknow into a leading biotechnology city in North India. Registered under the Indian Societies Act, the Park operates under a robust governance framework ensuring efficiency, transparency and accountability.
The Park houses laboratories and startups across multiple domains of Biotechnology. By facilitating collaboration among academia, industry and government, it promotes innovation, technology transfer and skill development — driving economic growth, employment and India’s global biotechnology leadership.

Vision
To improve the biotechnology landscape by providing infrastructure for R&D, product development, entrepreneurship and translating technology from lab scale to pilot scale production — accomplishing the vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat @ 2047.
Focused on sustainable use of biological resources to create innovation, scale up production and bio-manufacture products in support of the Bio-E3 policy, strengthening the position of the State and Nation as a global bio-economy leader.

- Promote and support startups, incubation and entrepreneurship in biotech-based industries.
